The Boss with His "Kaki Jilat " Team !

He claims himself to be very open minded and transparent in his policy making. He is down to earth, any one can communicate with him, he is an approachable boss and everyone can critic him. And…….. so he’s mentioned some of the good examples. And…… his "kaki jilat" will quickly agrees ……. Yes Jilat ! Yes Jilat !

AS usual, the meeting was in silence. Only HIM will do the talking. He says this, he says that. He says everything as it is, he's the best, he used to this, he used to that….bla…..bla…..bla….. “ Kaki Jilat”, will just “jilat” everything he is “vomitning”.

Some stupid suck idiot “kaki jilat” will just nodding their head…….. They are the suck and jerk in the organization. They are also the back-stabbing of their own friends and colleagues. Sometime, stab their own boss too…….. “mahu hidup kawan, apa boleh buat ! ”

The rest will just keep quiet. They don’t dare to say a word, they knew that it’s not a brilliant action to try to object what boss is saying, because you'll be remembered for the rest of your life. Disagree with him ? You better watch out , it’s just like you are preparing for your own coffin !

You will be allow to talk when it's your turn to talk. BUT bear in mind…don't try to over speak, too out spoken and too vocal. He and his “kaki jilat” man will "skru you cukup cukup”.

This "kaki jilat" is suck ! Their pride is hidden behind their *** hole.
But the miracle thing is….they get benefit the most ! They will get a good return and even a good increment ! As for us, “kuda bodoh” will work for the rest of our lives and will just get “rumput kering” as a token of appreciation. For those “kaki jilat”, bosses will praise them here and there, now and later. This “kaki jilat” are the bosses's ear and eye while the boss is busy. While the big boss is sleeping, the second boss is "hantuing", while the 2nd boss is “hantuing”, the 3rd boss is “goyang kaki”, while the 3rd boss is “goyang kaki”, the 4th boss is “back stabbing” the top 3 bosses. I stab you, you stab me lor ! What a world !

Those “kaki jilat” will report about every gossips they hear to the bosses. Although, most of the times it’s just a “fitnah", but bosses will take it seriously and started to “skru here and skru there”.

Shit ! What a ****. I hate this type of people. Watch your back, bro and sis…. they do exist in our organization, perhaps they are sitting beside you now !
